What is the answer will or am going to? Maybe you see the evidence so you can say "am going to". Or it's a prediction. I'm confused a bit Can you give a hand?

I'm going to be sick.

I consider this a pretty good example of 'be going to' for predictions with present evidence. The present evidence here is the nauseous feeling.
