I don't feel very well. I ........ be sick.
What is the answer will or am going to? Maybe you see the evidence so you can say "am going to". Or it's a prediction. I'm confused a bit :) Can you give a hand?

Please note my corrections and comments above. When are you due to submit this piece of homework to your teacher? Also, you must cite the source of any text written by someone else. From what book/website did you take that question and who wrote it?

I'm going to be sick.

I consider this a pretty good example of 'be going to' for predictions with present evidence. The present evidence here is the nauseous feeling.
