[Grammar] absolute construction

Having been informed, we could realize who stolen the money.

We having been informed, who stolen the money was founded,


I'm wondering if the two mean the same thing, if not, then,would you please show me how to rephrase the latter, or other potential possebities ,so that it means the same as the former?

especilally, Here, I'm obsessive about using the bold part. By that I mean, how to use the bold part in sush a way that the subject of the two sentenced will be different- I mean absolute constructions.

Your sample sentences are so ungrammatical and garbled as to be irrecoverable.

Let your obsession be to get the simple version right first.
