Hello,

People say that willpower is real, but it needs the right conditions to thrive, now I understand why. I want to start working out in accordance with my training plan, but I just haven't got enough energy.

Should I use 'in accordance with' or 'according to' in the second sentence?

Thank you

They both mean the same but "in accordance with" is more formal and used less often.

Cool. Any other thoughts?

You could also use "using/adopting".
