Any English teacher, please I need your feedback on my paragraph.

Write a paragraph about the importance of solitude in personal growth, focusing on how spending time alone can lead to self-discovery, clarity, and creativity.

According to some surveys, solitude has taught many people how to be strong, independent, and creative. Which shows the importance of solitude in their life.
To begin with, solitude is considered a healthy way to cope with today's atmosphere and challenges such as anxiety, fear of judgment, and criticism. Mainly, solitude helps others get a sense of relief from the outside world and find more about themselves. Many successful figures nowadays, have stated that being alone has helped them shape their personalities from worse to best. Also , people who befriend themselves are way more stronger and reliable than others who go outside and socialize. Because, being a social person means you value fun and entertainment more than friendship; which builds this lack of responsibility and sympathy toward others. In contrast to people who embrace solitude, they value the presence of their friends at a high level of awareness although they only meet 2-3days a week. Last but not least, Albert Einstein was a great scientist that invested his life to serve humanity. He was also a solitude person, he wasn't one of those types that love to go out at night, drink beer, and waste money on casinos. But a person who spent most of time in his office solving complex formulas and topics. And this is how good solitude really is.

To sum up, solitude has a great impact on individuals both life and perspective. Embracing solitude helps in personal growth and creativity.

Hello Mr/Mrs, thanks for checking on the title of my thread. For the sources I didn't really rely on any; I just kept writing all what came to my mind. I ended up with this paragraph.

Hello. Mr/Mrs,
There is no need to address us with such terms. Just say "Hello"!
Thanks for checking on fixing/improving the title of my thread.
See above.

I don't think you understood my request. Are you telling me that you came up with the title of the essay ("Write a paragraph about the importance of solitude in personal growth, focusing on how spending time alone can lead to self-discovery, clarity, and creativity") yourself? If not, you must tell us where you found it.
I just kept writing wrote all everything what that came to my mind. I ended up with The result was this paragraph.
I understand how you wrote the essay. That wasn't my question, as explained above.

Yeah , I Indeed assigned my self the topic Because it's the only method I find effective preparing for my upcoming exam.

Yeah, I indeed assigned myself the topic because it's the only method I find effective in/when preparing for my upcoming exam.
Based on the number of errors in the relatively simple sentence above (and in post #3), I honestly find it difficult to believe that you also managed to come up with that essay title on your own.

Can you please provide feedbacks concerning my paragraph structure and formality? (See the paragraph attached in the main thread)
