Hi, my dear teachers, your help is appreciated here!
The house is hidden in the forest, easy to be overlooked.
In this sentence, should we use acitive infinitive or passive infinitive? Or both are acceptable?
As far as I know, we use active infinitive as predictive. For example:
The question is difficult to answer.
The room is not comfortable to live in.
I am waiting for your detailed analyses.:-D

I think you could use either, but I would say and is easily overlooked or and is easy to overlook.

Thanks a lot! Of course, different understandings are applauded here.:-D

I am waiting for your detailed analyses.

Tianhang, It's not a good idea to ask for detailed analyses. Most of us haven't got the time for that, and it puts off people who could tell you which sounds more natural but can't explain the grammar behind it.

Thank you for your suggestion. I will change my way of asking questions. By the way, you please tell me which expression sounds natural in the above setnence, to be overlooked or to overlook. Thanks again.

I have nothing to add to Tdol's reply, which I agree with.

Thanks a lot!
