What is the tenses of this sentences?
Present tense? future tense?

We regret to inform you that the new keyboard stock is priced at RM35.
Why need to add -ed? Is it because of it is passive voice?

Can I write:
We regret to inform you that the new keyboard stock is price at RM35. (Present tense)?

Please advise.

(1) You have asked a great question.

(2) "Everyone" would agree that you need the past participle

("priced").

(3) Here's the problem:

(a) Some people would say that "priced" is part of a passive verb.

(b) Some people might say it is an adjective describing "the new

keyboard stock."

(4) In any case, if you want to use the noun "price," you might

consider:

We regret to inform you that the price of the new keyboard stock is

RM35.

Respectfully yours,

James

Thank you TheParser.

After google for few hours about active/passive form,
I think I have gain some knowledge about this.

In my opinion, this is in present tense and in passive form.
We regret to inform you that the new keyboard stock is priced at RM35.

Reason:
new keyboard stock -> receive action
at RM 35 -> action details

In this case, doing action is hidden.

we can say:
We regret to inform you that the new keyboard stock is priced at RM35 by the supplier.

by the supplier -> doing action
THE PASSIVE
