John: If I send a letter to your family who should I address it to?
Carol: Address it to me. I am the concerned person.

Are these correct?

Do families have focals like projects?

You could say that she is the person concerned.

The person concerned is a shorter way to say "the person who is concerned in the matter". The concerned person means "the person who's worried about something".

Can I say "Address it to me I am the person concerned"?
