[Grammar] Address Punctuation

I need help to settle a debate with a lesser intelligent being...

The correct way to punctuate an address is as follows...

Miss. Stupid
26 Coxford Road,
Wimbledon,
London.
SW11 7BH.

not...

Miss. Stupid
26 Coxford Road
Wimbledon
London
SW11 7BH

could someone please clear this up!!

I don't know which side you bet on, but there are no commas at the end of the rows in an address when it is stacked like that, and Miss doesn't take a period/full stop.

In the dim and distant past, in the UK at least, we used to put a comma at the end of each line of an address on an envelope or at the top of a letter, but never a full stop at the end of the address.

And yes, there is never a full stop after Miss because it's not an abbreviation. After Mr, Mrs and Ms, yes, we used to.
