Hi all,

I meant to say, '...a country which can rely on various sources of energy.'

Now, can I put it like, '...a country with varied reliance on energy sources.'

It may sound weird, the adjective I've made use of, but I came across adjectives like "exclusive" or "total" for the word reliance, and I was wondering what the opposite could be.

Try "a country with diverse sources of energy".

"Exclusive" and "total" modify "reliance". In your sentence, you want "varied" to modify the sources of energy. It doesn't; as in the samples you found, it modifies the following noun, "reliance".
