Nowadays, many buses in our city are seen with advertisements pasted on them.
Nowadays, many buses in our city are seen with advertisements. (Without "pasted on them" )
Nowadays, I witness many buses with advertisements running in our city.

Can we use these sentences in everyday's communication?

If by "everyday communication" you mean "informal speech", I'd say they're all a bit too formal (particularly the one with "I witness"). If I wanted to say this about London, I'd say something like:

There are loads of buses with ads on the side in London these days.

I'm guessing that it's a relatively new thing there. Why do I say that? Well, here in Charlotte it's so common that nobody would think it's worth commenting on.
