Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

After he founded his old sneakers, Kevin immediately went to his old room and looked directly in the mirror. He pointed with his index finger and say “Kevin” in front of himself.

For a second time, he looked directly in the mirror, and again started to point with his index finger saying “Kevin”

Finally, for a third time, he did the same strange thing.

After that Kevin got his second wind and left his parent's house.

See my corrections above. I have underlined "got his second wind" because I don't think you understand what it means. It doesn't fit in this context. What are you trying to say?

I tried to write that after he made the strange "ritual" in front of the mirror he felt with new energies to walk in the street. (like a placebo effect)

I would say "After that, he felt re-energised and left ...".

When someone gets "a/their second wind", it suggests that they were tired or out of energy shortly before that. There was nothing in your piece to suggest that that was the case.

I ran for 25 minutes but then I was out of breath so I stopped for a break. After only a couple of minutes, I got a/my second wind and carried on running.
