After tax means what in that part of the advertisement?

After tax is the amount that you take home once taxes have been withheld.

The different from that precedes the amount doesn't make sense.

I think it's clear the piece was not written by a native speaker. I have corrected all the errors above, in red.
 
Americans spell "enrollment" with two l's.
