Can we use "go on+ ing" if the process was interrupted and then continued?
After the break we went on jogging. The example is mine.

My natural choice would be "go back to+ ing in that type of case:

After the break we went back to jogging.

I'd say either "After the break, we carried on jogging" or "After the break, we started jogging again". Note that a comma is needed after "After the break".

Also note that, yet again, I've improved your thread title. I've done this multiple times in the last few days and you should have received a notification with an explanation each time. Please use the complete sentence you're asking us to look at.

So " to go on doing" implies the absence of any break?

So Does "to go on doing" implies imply the absence of any a break?
Note above the correct way to construct a question. Don't try to start sentences with "so".

No, it doesn't imply that. However, Annabel Lee and I have given you three options for how native speakers would say it. I won't say that "we went on jogging" is entirely wrong but I can't imagine anyone using it.
