"after work/backs home/back home/when he backs home"

1. Sara often prepares/cooks/serves dinner for her husband after work.
2. Sara often prepares/cooks/serves dinner for her husband backs home.
3. Sara often prepares/cooks/serves dinner for her husband back home.
4.Sara often prepares/cooks/serves dinner for her husband when he backs home.
5. Sara often prepares/cooks/serves dinner for her husband when he back home.


It seems to me that #4 is grammatical. Am I correct, please?
 
No. Only number 1 works. "When he backs home" is not grammatical.
