what is the meaning of "all" in this sentence?

"...You might give voice to your envy or express yourself with contempt, all with a righteous sense of justification."

does it mean "completely" or something else?
does it refer to "you" or everything this "you" does?

It means that you feel a righteous sense of justification while giving voice to your envy or expressing yourself contemptuously. "All" makes "with a righteous sense of justification" apply to both possibilities expressed in the first clause.

Always capitalize the first letter of the first word of every sentence.
