In a sentence like "Her voice was soft and all-enveloping," what's the meaning of 'all-enveloping' here? If you can give me synonyms for it, that'd be great!

Do you know what "to envelop" means?

I do but I cannot find a right synonym for it there.

Or how is it possible for the voice to be all-enveloping, I cannot get it thoroughly. I'm not a native speaker, by the way.

Like you are surrounded by the voice, that you are immersed in it.
