I can't decide which versions are correct. Should the words in brackets remain?

1- All I want is (to) be a doctor.
2- What you are trying is (to) run away from you problems.
3- What you are trying (to do) is (to) run away from your problems.
4- What you are trying (to do) is (that) you are making him feel that he is worth nothing.
5- All I want (to do) is (to) play football

1. You need "to".
2. This sentence is ungrammatical with or without "to".
3. You need "to do" but "to" before "run" is optional.
4. This sentence is ungrammatical. That has nothing to do with the words in brackets.
5. "To do" is optional but I'd include it. With it, "to" before "play" is optional.
