2. All my friends presented on my marriage ceremony.

Are both correct?
 
No. Try "all of my friends were present at my marriage ceremony".
 
You can also use "All my friends ..." in an otherwise correct sentence. I think that was your question.

Yes. So, can I also say "All my friends were present at my marriage ceremony?"

If you add "the", "my", "her" etc before "marriage ceremony", yes.
