Where would you put "already" in the sentence?

I'd go for #2, but the others sound acceptable to me.

Any of these three; the third one may be used in Yiddish-influenced Am Eng (with a meaning of 'already' that doesn't relate to time) but it may also be used with the usual (temporal) meaning. I'd guess that the 2nd is the more common wording, but they're all fine.

I've been reading the book ''So long, and thanks for all the fish" by Douglas Adams. There's more than a couple of times when he used it at the begining of a sentence or like in 1).
