I have heard them both being used, but I wondered that in which parts of America they use them? :)
The first one /yʊərz/ must be more common, but does the /yɪərs/ have anything to do with the Southern accent?

Please correct me and share yer wisdom, folks! :-D

In my experience, /yərz/ (rhyming with "hers") is very common in the west (California etc.) and north (Minnesota etc.), where I spent most of my formative years.
