Hello,

Are all these verbs correct in this context please?

"We agree, so I"ll write/set/ book /enter our appointment in my schedule".

Can "arrangement" ever be a synonym of "appointment"?

Thank you very much for your help .

All the verbs are intelligible, but I consider enter the most natural.

In my opinion an arrangement is much more elaborate than an appointment. If you and I have an appointment, we may know little about each other. Things may or may not develop at the appointment. But having an arrangement implies that we already know a good deal about each other and we have come to some understanding about what will ensue.
