[Grammar] (An) Oracle Developer

I am really confused now and I do not see a reason for this.
My job is "Oracle Developer" (really), it's what I do for living.
"Oracle Developer" is a job title (all of it), "Oracle Developer" like "doctor", or "engineer", so how to write it?
should I capitalize both words or only the first?

Re-read post 20.

I have a job offer mentions it like that "Oracle Developer", but neither a job offer nor a contract is a proof it is correct, there may be a person who does not know English well wrote it.

Capitalize all words of a job title.

It's correct as written in the job offer because it's the official job title. If you're an Oracle developer, you could hold a job called "Oracle Developer".
