When I asked the meaning of "after a second or two",the teachers in this website taught me it means" after a while".
Now I found the phrase "another a second or two",is it the same meaning as "after a second or two"?

No. As it stands, it is not acceptable English.
 
Sorry.I make a mistake.the correct phrase is " another second or two.:oops:
