[General] any general rules for ordering "location + time + pronoun"

I cannot find any general rules in grammar books for figuring out the right order of "location + time + pronoun".

I would like to make up a simple example (1) and change the word order.

(1) John is here with us now.

(2) John is with us here now.

(3) John is now with us.

Because I am not a native English speaker, I cannot figure out the right order. I would appreciate your help in giving me any general rules for this. Thanks a lot.

How would you say it in French? Don't you have similar options to change the word order?

I don't think there are any rules. It's often contextual. And the exact meaning would depend on the intonation.

In French, the order doesn't really matter in this particular part of speech.

2. Jean est avec nous maintenant ici.
3. Jean est maintenant ici avec nous.
4. Jean est ici maintenant avec nous.
5. Jean est maintenant avec nous ici.
6. Jean est avec nous ici maintenant.
