Is this sentence correct: "I'll not be available on any Tuesday in June. "?

The use of "any Tuesday" is fine, but I would say "I won't.....", not "I'll not". The contraction "I'll" is usually only used in the positive.

That depends, in quite a few dialects "I'll not..." is very common.
