Is this sound natural?

"You may go to the clinic on any weekday between 27 July to 4 Aug, during normal work hour".

Does this sound natural?

"You may go to the clinic on any weekday between 27 July and 4 Aug during normal business hours".

It sounds natural but it's not clear whether or not the two dates are included.

In BrE, it's "normal working hours".
