what is appropriate situation when we we can use

" for your kind information" in mails

Regards,
Nilesh

A complete sentence would be better.

"Guide" is the correct spelling. Please do not use "pls" for please. And don't address us as "sir". There are many female members here.

For your kind attention
For your kind consideration.

You usually say these when you ask for a favour.

'For your kind information' sounds strange.

not a teacher.

This propensity to use the word "kind" is a marker of foreignness. Native speakers would just say "for your information" or "FYI."
