Here I am tried to explain my problem by the following sentence:

"The 'Tariqa' designates the 'narrow path' to which only those who have some predisposition are called."

For the presence of 'are called' at the last of this sentence makes this sentence more hard to me. Would you like to clear this sentence by the help of grammar?I also want other example of this types sentences.

Certain people have some predisposition and only those people are called to the 'narrow path'.

It is my interpretation, but I am not a teacher.

If you "are called" to do something, you have an urge, an emotional or even spiritual desire to do something.
