The 2nd is fine. The first sounds a bit odd to me. A more common collocatiom with 'effort' is superhuman.

the first one is just odd , bot wrong huh ?? means we cay use it but not a good choice in this situation

also, What about these ones , are they also correct sentences ?

1) till when can u be awake ? 2) till when can u be awaken ?
