1. Do you mean the items installed themselves after being removed and were then handed over to you? How can a removed item install itself?

What were received at your stores? Do you mean:
As per Mr. X's instructions, the following items were removed from the above project by M/S Company who fixed the items, and then sent them to our stores ?
