Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. I don’t’ want to come out as I don’t want to this work

2. I don’t want to come out as I am too lazy to do this work.

3. How will I know that the order had been processed and I could go ahead with my plans?

A simple question about something (the processing of the oder) that will happen.

How would/could I know if the order had been processed and I could go ahead with my plans?
The speaker does not know if the processing will take place. S/he is asking about a hypothetical situation.
