Are these three sentences grammatically correct?

1) The school decided not to let him take the exam.
2) The School decided not to allow him to take the exam.
3) The school decided he was not allowed to take the exam.
 
1) The school decided not to let him take the exam.
2) The school decided not to allow him to take the exam.
3) The school decided he was not allowed to take the exam.

They are all grammatical.

Note that The school decided would have been a better thread title.
