I was at a park seeing a woman holding a camera to some flowers. I asked her "Are you shooting the peach flowers?" Is my sentence natural?

It's OK but I'd probably stick with "photographing". When I saw your title, I thought the story would be about someone with a gun!

How would native speakers ask the question? Will they ask "Are you photographing the peach flowers?"

That or "Are you taking pictures of the peach flowers/blossom?"

If you know it's peach blossom and you can see her photographing them, what's the point of your question?

Casual conversation and a smooth opening line, my man! Just let Silver work their mojo. ;)

Maybe Silverobama just wanna wants to say "Hi. to her, What a beautiful day!"
Please note my corrections above.

Start every sentence with a capital letter.
You didn't have a noun/pronoun after "Maybe".
Please avoid non-standard things like "wanna". It's not an English word.
You needed to put your suggested speech in quotation marks, with the contents appropriately capitalised.

How did you come to the conclusion that Silverobama wanted to say "Hi. What a beautiful day!" by actually saying "Are you photographing the peach blossom"?

What does the sentence mean?
Skrej was amusingly suggesting that Silverobama was simply finding a way to start a conversation with a woman. "Mojo" is like magic. Skrej was suggesting we leave Silverobama to work his magic on this woman by saying whatever he wants to.
