Do we say in English (as beautiful as the moon)? If no, what expressions or similes are used to describe beautiful people?

Many thanks in Advance

Although it seems to be an original expression, "as beautiful as the moon" might work. Are you trying to impress somebody with your creativity?

"As lovely as a rose" is one possibility.

The classic comparison in English is with the rose.

The moon is a risky one to use as English has the expression "mooning" meaning to display one's bare buttocks.

Further to @PeterCW's reply, in English tradition the moon is more associated with madness rather than beauty.

Note my changes above. Enclose quoted words and sentences in quotation marks, not in brackets. There was no need to capitalise "advance".
Remember to end every sentence with one appropriate closing punctuation mark.

Although this isn't a recognised phrase in English, most people would probably understand what you meant. I don't imagine anyone would think you were being negative if you said "My cousin is as beautiful as the moon". They might not have heard the phrase before but they would realise you were being complimentary. The moon (when seen in the sky) is generally accepted to be fairly beautiful. (Up close, of course, it's a grey, barren, rocky, lifeless satellite - not usually words that are associated with beauty.)

References to the moon in English regarding women are typically some type of (complimentary) comment on fair skin or light hair, etc.
