Are these sentences correct:

1-I went there as being in favor of the project but when I saw what was going on I changed my mind.
2-I went there as someone in favor of the project but when I saw what was going on I changed my mind.
3-I went there as someone who was in favor of the project but when I saw what was going on I changed my mind.

Yes, but I'd say 'I went there as a supporter of the project but....'

You could also try "I went there because I believed in/supported/was in favor of the project but..."

I also find the "being" strange.

I wonder if "I went there as a being (= a living creature) in favor of the project but when I saw what was going on I changed my mind." sounds better.
