Dear all,

What is the meaning of "As deaths go, wasn’t too shabby" in:

{Tens all the way around, standing O from the Romanian judge. (on) You should be proud, Bobby. As deaths go, wasn’t too shabby}

The structure is not very clear. Why "deaths" is plural here!

I'm terribly sorry for lack of context. Anyway, that was from "Supernatural" season 6 episode 4:oops:

Thanks

There are many ways to die (= deaths), and this one was not shabby.

'Not so shabby' just means 'not so bad'.

That explanation is exactly what I need. Those not completed sentences are so confusing . Thanks a lot.:up::up::up:
