Is it more appropriate to say "as are we all“？

When people speak, they don't always think ahead (or even remember how they started a sentence). Slips like this are quite common especially when one is speaking under pressure.

I have just looked at the transcript of his statement. It appears that he said "He has both good and bad, as do we all". If that is indeed what he said, then "as do we all" is correct.

Yes, I find that much more likely. I'm very confident that that is what the speaker really said.

Although it is of course possible for a native speaker to make major grammatical errors, I find it very hard to imagine such a major mistake in a sentence such as this.
