If you made a good shot, the ball will be on the fairway. You prepare an iron club considering distance. Iron club swing is a little different from driver club swing. You should make an iron club swing as if you dug dirt slightly/with the feeling of digging dirt. That makes your waist force/back force exerted/transfer to the club head.

Which would be the best option in the underlined parts?

First, "iron" or "driver" could be used without "club" especially for anyone generally familiar with terms used in golf. Second, I would use "with the feeling of slightly digging the earth" and "transfer that movement to the club head".

So what is the correct sentence for this per your advice?
That makes your waist force/back force exerted/transfer to the club head.
=> That movement transfers your waist force to the club head(?)

It's OK but "waist" is not necessary, could replace with "upper body rotation".

OK, let me finalize it like this.

You should make an iron club swing with the feeling of digging dirt. That movement transfers the force of your upper body rotation to the club head.

Admittedly, I am not a golfer. But I would expect to hear iron used to refer to the golf club. (Sometimes you learn stuff without meaning to.)

There's no need to keep saying "make a swing". Just use "swing" followed by the name of the club (without the word "club").
