I am looking for an internship at a company in finland and I want to ask my contact there if they have a job for me. How can i write that in a polite sentence?

What about
(some text about me and my motivation).
I would like to ask if you have an open position for an internship at MyDreamCompany? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Perhaps this addition would be useful. And note that I dropped the question mark. You might also include a resume, in which case you might write: Enclosed please find my resume.
