What do you want to ask? "How do you like it here so far?" is one possibility.

Note my changes above. For about the tenth time today, I have removed the unnecessary bold from your post. Please stop using it! I'm not sure what you're trying to ask them. Perhaps ask them "Are you getting used to everything here yet?"
