You appear to be trying to address an issue that hasn't actually happened yet. If so, I think this is what you're trying to say:

Please inform the supplier that if we find any damaged or missing parts when we assemble the [name of item], we expect the supplier to provide replacement parts free of charge as soon as possible.

(I added the part about replacements being free simply because that's what I would demand.)
