We will try our best to repair the damaged item, but we can't give guarantee that the item will be in 100% good condition after repairs.

Are the above sentences grammatically sound?
 
Say:

... we can't guarantee ....
 
We will try our best to repair the damaged item, but we can't [STRIKE]give[/STRIKE] guarantee that [STRIKE]the item[/STRIKE] it will be totally/fully restored to its formal/original state/condition. [STRIKE]in 100% good condition after repairs.[/STRIKE]
