at around?

Hi,

Is the following passage correct?

"... so you will probably be back at around 05 PM"
 
You don't need the "at."
 
I don't know why it sounds strange to me :roll:
 
The "at" is not wrong, we just wouldn't normally include it.

"So you'll be back around 5pm" is fine.
 
You don't need the zero before the five. We don't say at 05pm, we say 5pm. You would only use the zero if you were using the 24-hour clock and then 5pm wouldn't have a zero at the beginning, it would be 1700hrs.
