[Grammar] At beginning of the mail

At beginning of the mail can I use to write " This is refers to our telecon we had today " Or " This has refers to our telecon we had today ".

Neither.

This refers to our telephone conversation of earlier today.
This is in reference to our telephone conversation of today.
