Is "at" the correct preposition here?

I am interested in visiting Paris during the first week in July. Have you got available places for 2 adults at this time?

Yes.
Also, I would phrase it as "places available".
 
It sounds OK but it might depend on who you are addressing the question to. If you are addressing a travel company which arranges organised tours, then asking about the availability of places is fine. However, if you're simply contacting a hotel, then you would ask about the availability of rooms, not places.
