I am wondering if (2) and (4) are grammatically right or not.

Note my changes to your numbering system above. You used numbers in brackets in your final sentence so they should reflect how you numbered the sentences in the first place.

As tedmc said, and I have indicated above, sentences 2 and 4 are not right. Sentences 1 and 3 are grammatically OK but I don't know what you mean by "backtrack it", and sentence 3 is a rather unlikely utterance.

Q: Have you been to Paris?
A: No, but I'm planning to go there/No, but I'm planning to visit.

As you can see, we don't tend to use "there" after "visit".
