A is the interviewer and B is the interviewee. Could I say "B attended an interview with A last Friday."?

No, As written, it sounds as if they went to an interview together.

For your meaning, I would say "B had an interview with A last Friday."

"B had an interview with A last Friday."
If B and A were a journalist and an official respectively, would B and A be the interviewer and interviewee respectively?

Not a teacher.

Hard to say. If B were known to be the journalist, it would be more clear as "B interviewed A".
