According to the above link, the pronunciation of "attention"(sense 4) is often /(ə-)ˌten(ch)-ˈhət /.

This pronunciation rhymes with "hut," doesn't it?

Yes, but I wouldn't call it a pronunciation of "attention" per se, and it doesn't have a schwa. I'd call it the military pronunciation of the imperative command, "Attention!".

"Ten-HUT!" is an order that is barked by a sergeant or other non-commissioned officer to command instant attention.

In ordinary conversation, military or otherwise, attention is a three-syllable word that rhymes with mention.
