Can you please watch clip 1 again? Don't you see that the child (who's almost 2 years old, I think) is walking normally, with no difficulty. He's not fallen.
Why do you say he's toddling?

Several members have suggested that there are no precise ranges for the terms you are asking about. jutfrank has given his response. I would have given almost exactly the same response had I been able to type faster.
