Which do you think 4)them refer to? "Bactrian camels" or "humps"? It's confusing. When your action comes to you, don't you have to use a reflexive pronoun like "themselves"? Here in this question, 2)their is also intended to mean "camels", but it also seems to mean "humps". The question is quite confusing.

26)Q: Which refers to a different thing? A : 3
Bactrian camels don’t live in shifting Sahara sands but in Central and East Asia’s rocky deserts. 1)They have two humps storing fat which can be converted to water and energy when food is not available. As 2)their fat runs out, 3)they become floppy and loose. Bactrians rarely sweat, helping 4)them conserve fluids for long periods of time. Their bushy eyebrows and two rows of long eyelashes protect their eyes. Big, flat footpads help 5)them navigate the rough rocky areas. The only truly wild camels that still exist are Bactrian camels. These herds survive in the Gobi Desert, but there are less than 1,000.
