Which do you think 4)them refer to? "Bactrian camels" or "humps"? It's confusing. When your action comes to you, don't you have to use a reflexive pronoun like "themselves"? Here in this question, 2)their is also intended to mean "camels", but it also seems to mean "humps". The question is quite confusing.
